| Attending your seminar, was the best investment I made in myself during my 6-month search for new employment. I will be sure to recommend your career triage to anyone who is in need of direction in deciding their career path.

| I found the Career Triage sessions to be both fascinating and valuable. The program offered an ideal blend of personality evaluation coupled with pragmatic suggestions and observations for both life and work. Both Vic and Chris are highly skilled, perceptive and intelligent. In addition, they obviously care a great deal about their clients, and I suspect this is a calling as much as a career for them. I would highly recommend DecisionPoint to anyone seeking to optimize their career satisfaction.

| Having spent 15 years with a global Fortune 10 company, I was faced with decision to relocate with the company to the Chicagoland area or look for employment elsewhere. Vic Pergola quickly assessed my situation and developed an effective professional development plan. His understanding of both the national, and local employment markets enabled me to successfully secure a great position with a local, privately held company. Vic realized that I did not want to move out of the Cleveland area. The negotiations took 6 weeks and included a detailed Briggs-Myers profile work-up by the hiring
company. His steady guidance over a lengthy negotiation was invaluable. His interpretation on the companies needs and wants were exactly correct. This understanding resulted in an a great professional offer, at a higher salary,
with a 5 figure signing bonus. Without Vic's astute understanding and guidance I would not have maximized my full potential.

| I came to Vic due to the recommendation of a friend who had used him in the past. Working for GE Cisco (a fully owned subsidiary of General Electric and Cisco Systems), I was a victim of the "dot-com implosion". Being middle-aged, I needed to realign my career and set it on a positive path. One of the most difficult things to do is change ... even for the better. The efforts made to realign my career efforts in a way that improved job security and made more direct use of my skills was very helpful. I now run my own independent sales representative firm which leverages my past experience, utilizes my strengths, and allows me to have more control over my efforts.

After 11 years of post undergraduate school success in the
corporate business world, I needed to take a step back and more deeply understand my professional strengths, weaknesses and skill sets to create my future roadmap. I was working on climbing each rung of the corporate ladder so hard and fast that I forgot to stop and take inventory of what I had truly
learned along the way. Vic provided me with the counsel, information and methodology that I needed to truly realize the executive that I had become and what the path was going to look like as I continued the journey. The foundation
that Vic and I built together remains the cornerstone for all my career decisions and continuing executive growth.
All of the key components that Vic utilizes in the self discovery and analysis process are extremely helpful to include but not limited to; Myers-Briggs, Personal Mission Statement, Outside Party Commentary and Goals & Objectives building.
Vic's sincere desire to better his fellow man was crucial to my
success. He never clouded our discussions by simply telling me what I wanted to hear. Rather, he pushed me to reach deep inside myself to accomplish a level of self actualization that made goal setting for the road ahead very straight forward and grounded.
I have successfully achieved all of my short term professional and personal goals that Vic and I mapped out together and am progressing nicely with my 2005 milestones as well.

I had the privilege of working for an individual that understood the need for self-understanding and personal growth. She had conducted business with Vic earlier when the company she worked for was sold and her position was eliminated. Because of this individual’s positive experiences with Vic in dealing with her own personal career issues, she introduced all six of her direct reports to Vic. The six of us were introduced to Vic through exposure to and the measurement of individual personality profiles.
While my first learning experience with Vic was valuable for the knowledge imparted, its greater value was that through that introduction additional experiences and education followed. For me, the most helpful exercise was my development of my mission statement.
I believe that the success of my professional dealings with Vic is in large part due to Vic’s ability to relate to me. He was able to earn my trust quickly. My professional relationship with Vic helped me to prepare for and then successfully transition to a new position when a departmental reorganization eliminated my own position.

My balance in life was absent. After a 13 year tenure in my position as an attorney/manager with a leading online information company, I found that the weekly air travel, intense work schedule and sometimes unfocused company
agenda was no longer the fun and challenge that it once was. My heart, head and gut checked in and were in agreement that it was time for a change.
Vic is very intelligent, passionate about his work and consistently willing to take the extra steps to ensure that his clients engage fully in the process and that the right changes happen in the right way. Spirituality was properly and appropriately a part of my work with him.
Vic understood both the short-term tactics and long-term goals and prepared me to embrace both. I have the life balance that I wanted and needed. I am having fun in my new position and am challenged professionally. This is all due to Vic's
background, skill-set, expertise and hard work in investing in me, my wants, needs and goals. For that, I am deeply grateful.
